Following consent and positive patient ID a DNA sample is obtained by gently swabbing the inner cheek (buccal swab) or via venipuncture.

Crystal Clear Results LLC consists of a team of health care professionals with over 20 years of phlebotomy related experience collectively. Staff hold current ASCP/AMT phlebotomy certifications. We specialize in clinical sample collection services.
Health Screening
Determine your potential health related risks factors and prevent some disease states before they happen. We perform a venipuncture or finger prick to provide you with your current metabolic levels. A body weight, height, and BMI are also performed and a comprehensive printout of your results is provided.
